We love our Vendors and Exhibitors they help us put on a great fair!The Denver County Fair experience is like no other! Our first year (2011), we captured the nation’s eye, with an AP article that ran in over 260 news outlets, including: The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, the San Francisco Chronicle. Read the article HERE!

At the Denver County Fair, visitors can participate and interact with people, products and services throughout the fair, thanks to our revolutionary Fair design!

Instead of having the vendors lumped into one area, each themed Pavilion at the Denver County Fair will feature the Blue Ribbon Competition displays - AND - complimentary Exhibitors and Vendors, geared toward each Pavilion's theme.

For example .... Visitors entering the Craft Pavilion will be able to see the huge display of winners in the various categories - quilting, knitting, woodworking, etc .... AND they'll be able to browse rows of local Crafts for sale. And the Denver County Fair Craft Pavilion isn’t your Grandma's Craft Fair! Expect the unexpected - with cutting edge designs, incredibly clever offerings and the hippest home-made goods imaginable.

Each Pavilion will feature its own unique group of Vendors, giving guests a more compelling Fair experience, and giving the Vendors access to their core markets within the 300,000 sq-ft Fair layout.
Our Exhibitor Liaison, Dana Cain, has organized more than 120 vendor-driven events in the Denver metro area. In fact, many local vendors know her already! Dana and her company, Dana Cain Events, have built a reputation as one of Denver's premier event organizers, with successes like the Colorado Chocolate Festival, the Denver Modernism Show, a plethora of art and culture events, and more.

All vendors and booth exhibitors are required to carry their own liability insurance. Those who need to purchase insurance may do so through the Henry Ham Agency, by filling out this simple form. Cost has been reduced to only $37 this year!
