- July 26th: Complete Competition Online Entries
- July 30th: Walk-in Categories Announced
- Wednesday - August 8th, 3pm-7pm: Deliver your entry to the National Western, Walk Ins, ALL Art and Online Form Entries
- Thursday August 9th, 8am - 12pm: Deliver your entry to the National Western, Online Form Entries Only
- Thursday August 9th, 4pm - 7pm: Animal Entry Check In & Vet Check
- Friday August 10th: Winner's announced at the Fair. Winner's announced online August 17th.
- Sunday August 12th: 6-8pm Pick Up Entries at National Western
